Eric H., he is the best!! I hate car shopping but Eric made the experience amazing. We showed up yesterday looking for a Discovery Sport. He got us an awesome deal, we spoke with the manager, and they both worked as a team to help us out. It wasn't the right time for us to buy, but we will surely be back soon because we love their vehicles, but most of all it's great buying from a team that you trust and that work together to help you out. This is my first yelp review, and I'm writing it not at the behest of anyone, but because apparently satisfied customers are less apt to provide a review that dissatisfied ones. I can only speak for myself, but I travel 30 minutes farther to this dealer than the one closest to me because of the difference in service and customer care. I've been a Bill Jacobs Landrover customer for almost 15 years, having bought and serviced 5 Range Rovers during that time. I just bought another vehicle there this week, and once again received the same exceptional service from the valet to the sales manager. I've purchased 3 vehicles from sales associate Mike Ryan, who sells me the vehicle and then stays in touch with me throughout my ownership to help with any service needs, or to wish me a happy birthday or to just say hi. Even though I'm a long term customer, I shop their prices and find that they're more than fair and competitive in both the selling price, and what they offer for trade-ins. If and when I've needed service, again Mike Ryan steps in to expedite my needs and the service department does what's needed, in the time specified and without upselling. I give them 5 stars because I've owned my own businesses for 39 years, and like to be treated as a customer the way I treat mine.

Met with Dan in sales. Showed me the Velar and we drove it. Very detailed in explaining the vehicle with me and allowed me to ask questions. Offered me a good price even though the vehicle is in high demand. The dealership staff including the manager Pat was pretty friendly and not the normal pushy car dealer. I enjoyed my visit with them and was impressed with them overall compared to other Range Rover dealers.
