Mike Mashburn does it again going above and beyond! It really pays to continue to work with the same service advisor and build a good relationship because it matters! No favoritism but when I said my heat was out in my car he found a way to move my appointment up 4 days because he knows I have a little one and this cold weather needs a heated vehicle!!! Honestly if I need my car serviced I’m willing to wait until he is available as I trust his guidance for the health of my vehicle.
