He initially told me the tires were covered under warranty. He then called 2 hours later and said he made a mistake. Said the car would be ready by 2 pm at the latest. Got to the dealer at 3:45 and waited until about 5 pm to pick up the car. Did not include the warranty information in my check out packet. Could not find the wheel lock when I asked and took 10 minutes to get me answer while I waited outside. Car is missing 2 sets of wheel covers.
